Ares Armor RAD Pack - Pack to Plate Carrier in Seconds

From dude wearing a backpack to armed and armored in a couple seconds. Very cool product...can hold SAPI rifle plates.

I know I've been hitting the YouTube videos hard this week, but there's some good stuff out there...

One thing I'm curious about... Why did they cut and splice the video right as he was deploying the armor panel? And after the splice, the backpack shell is completely unzipped and dangling. The second deployment in the storefront area only starts once the bag appears to be fully unzipped as well. If it works as advertised, great; I'd be worried about those zippers getting caught up without a single-take demonstration, though.

Dimitri got that feedback and has posted multiple vids regarding the pack. Just do a search on youtube.

  3. This doesnt seem to practical. if you going where you are going to encounter rifle rounds I would say just get a full plate carrier. if your worried about pistols and a possable robbery for everyday kevlar is always on nothing to deploy.
