Moisture Farming: EcoBlue Water Generators

These are really cool - basically office-style water dispensers that work on ambient moisture sucked from the air.  No plumbing hook ups necessary. With an off-grid power source, you can have flip-of-the-switch water pretty much anywhere.

It's filtered, UV sterilized and about as clean and pure as water can get. Capable of 8 gallons a day (somewhat dependent on humidity), one of these would be good for the drinking and cooking needs of a small family.

The Model 30 even has an iPod-esque touch screen. Not cheap, very cool, something I hadn't seen before. Add to the "want" list for some day.
