Pocket Survival Kit Contest Entry #24

This is my PSK that I take to work everyday. I have no need for a compass or fire on a daily basis (I have those in the get home bag stored in my truck).

The main focus behind my kit is to maintain my health and immunity. I work in a busy grocery store which is stressful and I am constantly being exposed to germs and viruses.

The contents of my work PSK are:

1 Clean Well hand sanitizing wipe
1 Tiger Balm Arthritis Rub for sore muscles (I lift many heavy boxes)
2 Band-Aid's (The first aid kit at work never seems to have enough of them)
1 Eye wash tube
1 Safety pin
1 Bobby pin
1 Rubber band to keep the tin closed
1 Dose of Oscillococcinum in case I am exposed to the flu
1 Tampon for the obvious lady reasons
$24 in spare cash for snacks or dinner ($2 bills are just more interesting)
1 Leather Lady (I never leave home with out her)
1 package of body cream for dry, cracked hands
1 package of Emergen-C 1,000 mg of Vitamin C
1 Bach Rescue Remedy mini shot for stressful days
1 dose of L-Tyrosine 500 mg to get my brain jump started
1 dose Goldenseal Root 550 mg for an immunity boost
2 Digestive Enzymes with probiotics for proper food digestion
2 ViraStop Enzymes to help protect me from various viruses

  1. A pharmacy in a pocket ^^ !

It's fun you have Oscillococcinum, I also have a dose but it's full of guarana powder :-).

I would suggest to add a small tweezer.

Thanks for the suggestion but I do have a set of small tweezers in the multi tool (aka the leather lady)

  2. You should disqualify kits that contain homeopathic items, as they're not only don't contain anything, but can actually be dangerous.
